Trouble in Twi-Town is seriously well written and true to its inspiration, a pleasure to read for any literary aficionado.
If you’ve read Vogel’s other books, his familiar knack for harkening back to adventure yarns of yore is here in force. This book isn’t massively innovative, but it’s not supposed to be. It’s supposed to make you nostalgic for the Golden Age of pulp, and it does exactly that. [Full Review]
